In this one hour session Rose will guide, witness and hold space for the group as each individual works to bring their body back to a state of homeostasis.

(*Tension/Trauma Release Exercises assist individuals to access the body's natural tremoring mechanism to release experiences of the past from the nervous system in a gentle effective way.
