Healing Brew

This warm beverage helps to nourish the immune system to bring the body back to balance, especially in the respiratory system. Sip as often as you wish.

 

Total Time: 20 minutes

Preparation

In a small pot filled 3/4 with water

Add slices of fresh ginger (2 TBSP) and 5 sliced cloves of garlic

Bring water to a boil and then simmer for 15 minutes or so

Pour into a tea cup strained

Add a pinch of cayenne pepper (not too much)

Add juice of 1/2 lemon

Add honey to taste
